The Maintenance Package consist of a complete inspection and maintenance check of your home or office building. This is designed to insure that everything looks good and is working properly. While performing our general check, we will look out for any current issues and diagnose any future concerns that may occur. After the general check, if repairs and/or other improvements are an ending result from the check, additional cost for handyman services may apply. An estimate will be submitted for the work order and agreed by the winning party before any work is performed on the property.
Only 1 winner will receive this package . It is not be transferable and must be used within 90 days from the date the winner is notified by Nice N Handy. The winner will be notified by phone, email, then letter. If the winner does not respond or schedule a date for The Maintenance Package within 90 days, the package will be forfeit. The drawing will be held on December 31, 2009.
