If you are looking for odd jobs and quick fixes around your home...our hourly rate would be the best way to take advantage of our services. $65.00 for the first hour. $25.00 for each additional 30 minutes. Plus the cost of materials—if needed.

We offer a maintenance special where we have a complete checklist to inspect your home. $105.00 Any projects that needs repair may require additional cost. A bid will be submitted before any work gets done. |

Estimate bids are needed for construction and remodel projects. The estimates are FREE and will require a deposit payment of half of the job and the remaining balance paid once the job is complete. Please contact us for a FREE estimate on your home or business project. |
